It's called paint.net, it's very similair and the DL is rather small.

So you mean to say that will do all that stuff which can be done with photoshop.
If yes then it is really awesome. I will download that for my sister she is doing all such photshop stuff. Lets see if she satisfied with this application.

I just updated it today! I'm just crazy about this software! I was not painting for a while and Paint.NET gave me back new inspirations! Some of my work on Paint.NET are the sketches for new paintings. Keep up improving it paint.NET team!

I like your photo shop it is simple but nice you had done nice work and it is really awesome and helpful to us I am very much interested in all the stuff cool enough keep it up great job.
